    Sawaisamu,who holds the record for most basho in jonokuchi,
    was 0-1-6 in November and appears absent from the new banzuke.
    He's 43 so may have retired but did he do so or is he now
    banzuke-gai?

    28 years in sumo and a career high rank of jonidan 53
    six years ago.

    Apparently he is listed as banzuke-gai.
