    If so, good call! He prevailed against all the top opposition as
    well as Tobizaru (whose challenge was pretty serious in the end,
    beaten only by the top two), for a deserving Championship.

    I check back and see I looked at his ozeki chances after day 4
    (said he could make it with no more losses,after he lost once)
    and day 7 (that he would need to win the yusho,after losing again).
    He won the yusho,and was made ozeki.

    An interesting oddity...Terunofuji appears to be on the verge
    of his very first appearance as komosubi,after making his sekiwake
    and ozeki debuts in 2015!
