Searching through my post history finds that 3 occasions, someone has
managed 9/9: El Kot, Jesus, and MH, yielding 38, 42, and 41 points, respectively. MH's 41 was with current scoring rules. With current
rules, El Kot and Jesus gets 39 and 45 points.
