Should be a strong contender, not enough restrictions.

    Hmm.
This is what I decided on. I went with only nationals of the original
six European Common Market countries. It is more restricted than you
might think. Not as many Germans worth picking are around as used to
be. I will try to make sure at least four countries are represented in
the sqaud, and will aim for five (no Italians right now, an oversight).

So I was super happy yesterday that my captain Salah scored a hatrick to propel me to an early lead in the standings, but then I saw that he was the captain for 5 others too *SMH*

Question: What happens to KDB's score since their opener was postponed? Do I get credit for that game when it happens? I think so, but just confirming.

B&W Propagandists this week: Salah + 10 duds. Bleah. Fantasy Premier League sucks.
On the other hand, the Serie A Rejects have a good chance to take first place. Captain Salah, three clean sheets and two assists for my defenders so far, and even Moise Kean chipped in with a 1-minute/1-point appearance, which is more than we expect to muster from the forward spot the whole season.

Nope. City and United (and Burnley and Villa) will have a double week some time down the line.

This one nearly backfired with benchwarming Jorginho scoring at least 10 points, and starter Ruediger at risk of subbing in for a handful of minutes. I punched the air when Lampard announced his third sub and it wasn't Ruediger.

Should be a 99-point haul for the Rejects, and maybe a top 10K ranking?

Ditch Werner was the right strategy, which I foolishly ignored for far too long.

I was doing sort of fine, despite using my wildcard to drop Kane and Son after three match days, before a catastrophic GW11, when everybody else scored in the 90s and I ended up with a meager 36. I've been trying to inch my way back up with conventional picks since then...problem is that by now I have priced myself out of some of the big point-getters.
But the real question is: how did I not bleeping realize until now that Bruno Fernandes is eligible for the Serie A Rejects ?!?? <cursing emoji><cursing emoji><cursing emoji>

    :-)

    What a game week!

Watching all those missed Liverpool chances, especially by Salah, was
really amusing as the icing on the cake.

45 points for me, used my bench boost and got 11 fine points there
(Rashford 7, put him on the bench due to injury warning).

Basically in the same position as last year, like then I started poorly but moved up at a steady pace.

    I'm up vs. "JimmySavillesLeftNut".

    Good luck everybloody in it!

    I'm up 69-63 before tomorrow.

We both have Bednarek so cancelled.

    But he also has Ward-Prowse.

    So if Ward-Prowse <6 I win.
