Encouraging start to Juve's Serie A campaign. A convincing 3-0 win against Sampdoria, good showing by new signings Kulusevski (who had the opening goal) and Weston McKennie (if he keeps this up, Juve will become quite popular in the US of A), Chiellini very solid at the back, Ramsey with a MOTM performance after a disaml first year, and Ronaldo with the finishing goal to keep him happy (he had a bunch of other chances).
Most importantly, it looks as if Pirlo's game is going to be a bit higher paced than Sarri's, at the very least it's going to be a bit more fun to watch Juve than in the past couple of years.
As for the rest of Serie A: all signs point to this being a two way race between Juve and Inter (who just signed Vidal). In fact, all three of ClubElo, TransferMarkt and FiveThirtyEight have Inter as very slight favorites, while bookies still give Juve a significant edge. Atalanta was the best team in Serie A in the second half of the season last year, but I wonder if they can make a real run for all the marbles. Napoli, who had a good start with an away win at Parma (key contribution by new signing Victor Osimhen), rounds up the top 4, with Milan, Roma and Lazio just slightly behind.
    Enjoy the season!
