As far as I know, after the 4 games today, no other teams can qualify, though I am not certain, that more teams will not be accepted? Looking at the groups, there really is a group of death and you can be 100% certain that the winner and probably finalist and 3rd place team will come from Group F. I would say France and Portugal are the two best nat teams in the world right now and Germany , well they may actually be decent by next summer, even if not, they still should be the seeded team of any other group
    Georgia v Macedonia 0-0 15mins
Lots of things happening in Georgia, from deciding which old clown become president of that backwards shithole to making an actual major tournament.

I guess if you had to pick one player to score, Pandev would be a good guess. On Thursday, November 12, 2020 at 1:02:26 PM UTC-5, Binder Dundat wrote:

So if North Mazedonia hold on for the next 5-10mins they will be put in the Austrian group. Austria really have a good chance of advancing out of the group stage...though I think I said that last time?

So Hungary has two Szalais, one Sallai, and one Szoboszlai, who is clearly the most exciting player of the 8 playoff NTs. Also, we are tired of the Icelandic hu's by now...Iceland a lock to win this.

I did not realize South Mazedonia did not qualify, have they qualified for any Euro since winning it back in 2004? North Maz will be there though.

I guess the 4th tier teams are better now then say 20 years ago, but I have a feeling Northern Maz will not be winning Euro 20-1.

Will the two Limey teams qualify now? North Ireland can not score goals from what I have seen of them and Scotland abandoned there short passing game about a 100 years ago and have not played proper football since.

Actually, according to TransferMarkt, Szoboszlai is only the 7th or 8th most valued player left in the playoffs, behind Andy Robertson, Kieran Tierney (???), Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, Kostic, Milenkovic, Jovic and Skriniar.

Also according to TM, the two Tier C teams (Serbia and Scotland) are way more valuable than those of the other tiers

Of course I am tuned to the Scotland v Serbia game which is the only scoreless game, think I am going to change for the second half (though you know that means this will then end 4-3 thriller).

Scotland have abandoned that short passing game that won them so many Home nations Cups a 100 years ago.

Honestly though, I have no idea who is going to win this, been pretty even so far.

But at least Scotland's Callum Paterson seems to have been teleported directly from one of those world-beating short-passing teams of the 1890s. Either that, or from the set of "The English Game".

We were on the road on our way up to Kamp Krusty so I missed all the ET and PK action . according to the Scots it was indeed a 4-3 thriller, OK a 5-4 penalty thriller. I dunno, the first 90 minutes were actually quite dull and the football quite poor, almost as poor as the tier 4 final, maybe things changed in extra time.
If I understand correctly, Scotland had never participated in a penalty shootout, prior to this year, I find that hard to believe.
I love the comment from Serbian Press outlet B92:
"And now, instead of the biggest derby in the world, Serbia-Croatia, we have to watch a dull island derby that is not interesting to anyone but them, Scotland-England."
    is true innit
Hungaria and their teenage hearthrob will beat Germany.
