• Can any team be this year's Kaiserslautern?

The top European leagues are as predictable as ever: as I predicted at the beginning of the season the champions in Spain, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, France and Portugal will be Real Madrid, Bayern Munchen, Inter, Ajax, PSG and Porto.
It could be different in South America though. Cobresal and Nublense are both in the top 4 in Chile; Resistencia are 3rd in Paraguay; are they newly promoted? I'm pretty sure I'd never heard of them before this season. Deportivo Maldonado, Wanderers, and Boston River are all in about the top 5 in Uruguay, with only Nacional of the big clubs showing any sign so far of emerging from mid-table mediocrity.
It's a bit early to say in Argentina or Brazil, but Cuiaba are currently 4th in the Brazilian League, and Fortaleza ended 4th last season; and Defensa y Justicia and Talleres ended 2nd and 3rd in Argentina last season.

Who do you predict will win the He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named league title?

Well your predictions were made half way through the season (on Jan
14th) , so you had a lot of information to go by.
Plus Inter is by no means guaranteed to win, and the EPL is still
unresolved. And you had Rangers tipped to win the SPL, as well as PSG
and Real Madrid to win their respective cups.

Belgium is still interesting. I don't know how predictable FC Z|+rich
winning this year instead of Basel or Young Boys would have been either.
And the Turkish league has thrown up a probable winner that many
would not have predicted back in August.

It could be different in South America though. Cobresal and Nublense are both in the top 4 in Chile; Resistencia are 3rd in Paraguay; are they newly promoted? The interesting thing is that you don't seem to have the same problem with women's football, which is even more predictable and one-sided.

    Ciao,
