* $75K fine.
* Match forfeited to Atlas.
* One-year all-fans ban from home matches, no matter where the team ends up playing.
* They must find another stadium to play in, unless they can guarantee for every match an armed security perimeter.
* Life bans for all identified as criminals in the brawl.
* Ownership thrown out of Liga MX for five years, team must be sold in the next year.
* Their ultras are banned three years from home matches, one year from all matches.
* The lesser fan group is banned one year, Atlas' is banned six months.

I fell into a twitter rabbit hole that had some images and videos of this massacre. My advice to you all: don't go there. It's amongst the most brutal, barbaric things I've ever seen. Truly evil stuff.

Good. But disbanding the club should be only the first step, and the least of the owners' worries.
There are lots of questions about the lack of security in the stadium, it
feels like it was purposedly made into a death trap for the Atlas fans that attended the game. Of course, one needs to wait for the investigations to
draw the line that separates incompetence from irresponsibility.

I don't know what to think about this one at the moment.
In any case, although one expects Mexico to be a fine host (just like they were in 1970 and 1986), with the US and Canada on board it should be easier for FIFA to cut them off, if they feel like doing so.

I limited myself to some (not deep) browsing the reddit treads, which is
my standard op there. Warnings like yours were in almost all reddit threads. Didn't go into any twitter feed, I don't like that platform at all and
normally don't follow links into it.
