    The EPL, which is roughly one-third black, has a similar problem. There is no better example of the immense tolerance for white mediocrity than the appointment of Frank Lampard at Everton.

    The thing is, the EPL can probably survive a work action by the Black players.

    The NBA couldn't -- that's why they banned a racist owner.

    And the NFL can't either.
