The ironic thing is that both goals were scored by
    former Salzburg players.

I think one of LeipzigrCys current problems is that they
no longer have automatic dibs on talent coming out
of Salzburg (see Haaland, Daka, Mwepu, soon
Adeyemi), and their own youth development leaves a lot to desire. I canrCOt think of a single player theyrCOve
brought up through their own ranks in recent years.

Or that they keep selling all their players, coaches, masseuses etc to either Bayern or the English clubs, but who cares. Yeah, at least Bayern is trying to keep it interesting, but the competition is especially weak this year, Freiburg is the only interesting thing. Meanwhile in the Real Bundesliga, Werder get a 99min equalizer to draw 1-1 vs Schalke. Not saying Bremen will be able to compete with the powerhouses like St Pauli, Regensburg or Paderborn yet this season, but positive steps, even if they are still baby steps.

None of those 3 managed a win this round... Darmstadt the new leaders,
and Werder on the look out for a new coach.

That was on an unbelievable awful referee decision. First mistake was
for VAR to tune in at all, since the call could not have been clearly
wrong, even had there been foot contact. And there wasn't even that.

They used to have it nearly as good as ML Bsaseball: Farm team RB NJ
serves Salzburg, who then serve Leipzig, keeping all the players in the
farm system. Maybe it's good that other teams reached in and pinched
    players.
