"Porsche is said by F1 insiders to be preparing an alliance with Red Bull.

Porsche would partner with the team's new engine division, which has
been set up to design and build the drinks brand's own power-unit for
the new engine regulations due in F1 in 2026, and the team would run as
    Red Bull-Porsche.

Audi will come in as a team and has been linked with buying out an
    existing entrant."

I find this a bit strange since in Europe they will ban all fossil fuels
    and engines.
As we speak they taxed the Diesel to 2.2 Euro per liter and going.

The spin doctors made up something about CO2 and they repeat it daily
about 20 times and now most people just believe it is true.
    Pretty amazing.

70% of solar energy (not reflected by particles) gets to the
    atmosphere and the
Earth's surface. The atmosphere radiates back to space 58% of
    incoming solar
    energy:-
    23% absorbed by atmosphere
    25% evaporation
    5% convection
5% of radiation from the surface is absorbed by green house gases.
12% balance is radiated directly from surface to space.

Of the 5% absorbed by green house gases, 95% are absorbed by water
    vapour and
    3.97% by CO2.
Thus 0.1985% of solar radiation is absorbed by CO2, if not already
    saturated.

    CO2 forms 0.0412% of atmosphere.
    56% comes from the oceans
    38% from breath exhalations.
    6% from fossil fuels.
CO2 is released by the oceans following a rise in temperature.
CO2 from human combustion creates 0.00244% of the atmosphere.
For the last 5 million years, CO2 has been lower than the previous
550M years, except possibly for a trough in the permian epoch 250M
    years ago.

CO2 did not cause the Holocene optimum, Minoan warming, Roman
warming, Medieval warming or Modern warming.

CERES satellite data shows outgoing longwave radiation from the earth
has *increased* (not been trapped by a mythical man-blanket) and
outgoing solar shortwave radiation (reflected off cloud tops) has
reduced. More sun past less cloud = global warming.

CO2 is a trace gas essential to life and is nearly the lowest it has
ever been. It is definitely not pollution. We had an ice age with 10
times the CO2 we have now.

No amount of making people live impoverished lives in cold homes only
to die of poverty will make any difference to the weather or the
climate. The Gods will not accept the sacrifice and save us. What
we're doing is madness close to witch burning naivety and stupidity.

It looks like you've not actually seen the breakdown of what

The media don't tell you facts anymore, they tell you what you should

And what has happened since then - the 'natural' factors have suddenly
    changed ?

"Global warming is part of natural cycle and there's nothing we can

amount of money in tax to try to solve a problem that doesn't exist."

Must be getting senile, or hoping for a Lordship. Certainly can't stop
the natural cycles, and nobody suggesting they should be. But there is
plenty we can do to EXACERBATE 'these cycles', which is what has been happening in the last hundred years and is comprehensively demonstrated.
What you gloss over is the RATE of change that has never occurred before naturally, apart from maybe the odd asteroid-strike or huge volcanic
    activity period.

    And Richard Feynman.
"I'd rather have questions that can't be answered than answers that
    can't be questioned."

And they are questioned and answered, comprehensively in both directions.
Science works by debate if you shut down one side of the debate with statements like " The science is settled" or "the majority of

Not a climate scientist, shouldn't be taken as an authority.
He's also notorious for doing *bad science* in this field.
Flaws such as cherry picking, which is basically almost as
bad as just falsifying data. https://skepticalscience.com/flaws_of_ludecke_and_weiss.html

However, that presentation is pure bullshit, his first clearly-
stated conclusion in the 10th minute is absolutely false and
not derivable from the data that he presented.

If you're naive enough to be sucked in by that vid, then a
formal disproof will almost certainly not convince you, as
you simply wouldn't understand it. But I'll throw you a bone:
    1) Take the raw source data he's using.

    3) Perform his spectral analysis.
    4) Reconstruct a smoothed curve from that spectral analysis.
    5) Notice this periodic pattern is a good match for the data.
    6) Pat yourself on the back, because you're just like like him, and
    7) Conclude there's no industial influence on the data.
    8) Look up at step (2) and realise you've been duped.

TL;DR: No matter *what* the input is, his methods will conclude
the same thing, namely "it's just periodic". More explicitly:
his conclusion tells you *nothing* about the actual data, and
the reality that caused the data.

    It's just bad science.

    Key facts
    =========

Science corrupted to support political ideology again.

The next thing is we'll be expected to believe that a person with a
penis can be pregnant. Oh wait...

Out of interest. If CO2 is the great temperature control why we had

The Earth had an ice age for millions of years with 10x the CO2 we
have now, what mental gymnastics do you use to explain that to
    yourself.

By burning fossil fuels we are returning the Earth's atmosphere very,
very slightly nearer to how it was when life and later, man began.
This is restoration not destruction. Plants and therefore us, cannot
live with CO2 at a minimum of 150ppm. The planet was heading towards
plant death until man returned some of that CO2 from whence it had
    come.

If Tesla's self driving is causing so many car crashes, why did we
have car crashes 100 years ago?

You really have no idea how logic works, do you? You appear to be
completely unaware of the difference between A=>B and B=>A. Your

I find this a bit strange since in Europe they will ban all fossil fuels >> and engines.

Part of the 'deal' used to lure them in is that fully renewable fuels
will be used from 2026 on. E100 effectively.

Sure. Turn over those fields for dirty ethanol production.

On the one hand we need to stop eating meat because it is inefficient
and will eventually lead to food shortages and on the other we need to
make bio-fuels which are more inefficient....

The future clearly does not lead in that direction.

what it called "the denial machine" met at the American Petroleum

that, according to an eight-page memo that was leaked, the meeting
proposed a $5-million campaign to convince the public that the science
of global warming was controversial and uncertain. The plan was leaked
to the press and never implemented.[72] The week after the story,
Newsweek published a contrary view from Robert Samuelson, one of its columnists, who said the story of an industry-funded denial machine was contrived and fundamentally misleading.[73] ABC News reported in March
2008 that Singer said he is not on the payroll of the energy industry,

scientific journal for the previous 15 years, except for one technical comment.[9][75]

Well that is a dead giveaway about your way of (NOT) thinking.
FYI, science is not about believing, or who you should trust, science is about data - the not altered data that is - and facts.
That you willingly ( admit) that you put your blind trust in a crook as
    David Attenborough, says it all.
Me too saw the tear drawing fake documentary from Attenborough in which an
old sick and dying polar bear starred and which he made it look like it was due to climate change.

    +1
    So true.

During the Russia crisis this last month I've been amazed at how many
people are telling us about the Russian people being brainwashed by
their media's propaganda. Yet just like the Russians these same
people can't see past the same thing happening with our media. When
    will they wake up?

There is no climate crisis !!

    I know this because:

The opposition is constantly silenced and rubbished, the truth does
    need to do this.

"scientists" were caught colluding about air brushing the medieval
    warm period from history.

Polar bears are fine but the expert woman that told us that, was
    sacked.

NASA and others have admitted changing historical records to cool the
past. They hide the fact that the warmest recent period in the USA
    was in the mid 1930s.

None of the pacific islands that were going to disappear have done so.

The barrier reef is absolutely fine.

The actual science shows MORE radiation from planet's surface leaving
into space not less as ACC predicts.

The actual science shows that the *trivial* effect of CO2 diminishes
as it saturates and as the quantity increases, it is self limiting.
Water vapour has far more effect than CO2.

It doesn't matter what aspect of ACC you investigate somewhere
someone has a more rational explanation or debunk but of course, the
media will not publish that, goes against the narrative. Just as with
covid, only one view is allowed and it's often wrong.

Actually the list goes on and on, if you look and stop taking the
lying media at face value. Doesn't matter what the topic, the media
has an agenda and telling the truth isn't part of it.

Instead join the religion of ACC, do the witch burning, the
sacrifices and see where it gets you. All the cold homes and poverty
you generate with this religion is what will lead to people dying of
climate change, people will die due to irrational hysteria and over
reaction to nothing. All of this will make no difference to the
    climate or weather.

"Trust the science" is the most anti science statement ever.
Questioning science is how you do science. Science that can't be
    questioned is propaganda.

When men stop believing in God they don't believe in nothing; they
    believe in anything.
