The regs don't permit a replacement between qualifying and the race.
I think tecnically they do, as long as he's set some lap times during
free practice.
I guess that raises the question of whether the Giovinazzi would be
permitted to step into a Ferrari just before the race if he'd only
set lap times in an Alfa Romeo. Whilst people have their regs out...
