Given how Bottas and Perez finished in identical cars, I suspect that it
was the drivers. Hard to imagine anyone doubting the skill or Hamilton
and Verstappen.
Doesn't make for the best racing though, when -- accidents or breakdowns
aside -- one of the two of them always ends on top of the podium.
(OK, I know it isn't *always* one of them.)
