Real Yoga for real humans...
For anyone looking for some real yoga in this group, I have curated a number of posts/threads I was involved in before this group died. ItrCOs basically chronologically organized by the subject of the exchange. If your interested in following any particular exchange in itrCOs entirety, you can cut/past some text from the PDF into google groups, alt.yoga and you should be able to find the original. Google groups is not UseNet, but thank goodness they have archived the posts from alt.yoga (usenet) from itrCOs inception I believe.
