AIUA Vietnam is ruled out, while one of this year's fill-in circuits is
    likely to get this slot.

    14 Nov-a Brazil (Sao Paulo)

The new contract (5 years) with Interlagos calls for the race there to
be called the S|uo Paulo Grand Prix. While it seems unlikely that Brazil could support two F1 races there are reports that Bolsonaro's people
continue to pursue sites for a new circuit in Rio de Janeiro, with an
eye to running a Brazilian GP there in a few years.

I've heard that Portim|uo is the likely substitute.
