• Radios or Voice Primary

Seems that the issue with GR's tyres was 2 tyre people not getting a radio message.
But what has happened to voice primary/eye contact /visual clues/watching the other tyre guys to make sure all get the message??
Too much reliance on tech perhaps??

Did you see exactly how much time they had to react to the safety car and set up for a double-stack
    pitstop?

    This might help; <https://youtu.be/o662M35vYnU>

Not much time for "voice primary/eye contact /visual clues/watching the other tyre guys" there.
They were still running in front of the car just before he came into the box. --

    Yup!

And I would imagine that far from being too much reliance on tech, the determining factor is noise. The key personnel need to be wearing
headsets so that they can communicate despite the din of F1 cars coming
    down the front straight.
