    +1 He's brings a lot to the sport. I didn't like his cockiness or his
    reactive "blocking" early on (then again I didn't think much of
    Hamilton's attitude sometimes while he was putting manners on Alonso)
    but you have to admire his mettle and his willingness to try something unexpected.

    +1 He's brings a lot to the sport. I didn't like his cockiness or his reactive "blocking" early on (then again I didn't think much of
    Hamilton's attitude sometimes while he was putting manners on Alonso)

    When he used a disgusting term as an insult to a fellow driver, one which happens to have a personal resonance in my home, he lost any sympathy
    from my perspective. He is supremely fast, but I've got to "like" the person too. And for me at least he'll be forever tainted by his outburst this year. I'm sure he doesn't care, but I cheer when he DNFs.
    You've got to have your heroes and villains in sport though, it can't all be objective assessments of sporting ability; that would be dull!!!
