    It used to be regarded as poor netiquette to rCLshoutrCY i.e. use only capitals in a subject header. Certainly it is usually an indication that the
    contents are spam and my invariable practice is to delete the entire thread unread.

    Pity to see it on rasf1

    I agree with the sentiment but I only see one instance of it; that was
    a week ago and it was from a poster who is generally recognised as
    being little better than a spammer except that spammers are usually
    more clever than him.
