The KDE project has announced
that it has been awarded over Γé¼1 million from the Sovereign Tech Fund
to improve its desktop-environment software. "The investment will be
used to strengthen the structural reliability and security of KDE's core infrastructure, including Plasma, KDE Linux, and the frameworks underlying
its communication services."
