Also, I could not find anything on C or C++ programming as well.

I am at the entry level on all.

If they exist (and I am connected to them), they have also been silent for years, maybe decades...

There are a few HAM areas (AMATEUR_RADIO & HAM_TECH) that have seen some traffic this year, and also HARD_AMY (but that one is Amiga specific ;-)).
