Outbound echomail is working, so I don't think it's binkd. I think fastecho
is the issue.

Ok, my Region 1 Zone 17 Net 340 rescan request went through (twice, oops), so outbound netmail appears to be working. I don't know if my NC does all zones or only 1 though.
