Lime Mint Tea On Ice

1 qt Water -- boiling
4 Tea bags
1 1/2 c Fresh mint leaves --
- up to 2 c, loosely packed
1/4 c Sugar -- or to taste
1/4 c Fresh lime juice (2 limes)
Lime slices -- for garnish

Combine water, tea bags, mint, and sugar. Cover; steep 20 minutes.
Remove and discard tea bags and mint leaves. Cool. Stir in lime
juice, chill. Serve over ice, garnish with lime slices.

Yield: 1 Quart
