Why not force a section in the poll to illuminate WHY this poll
is being conducted, its relevance, or force the builder to
provide some context.

Would we really need to always provide context or a reason when creating a poll? This, and BBSing, is all for fun. Seems like it would be an unnecessary amount of control to have restrictions for doing something like creating a poll..

You are exactly right: this is for fun. I was just suggesting a way to encourage an option to provide relevance or some context to the poll. "Force" was the wrong word.
